Our room was great with a balcony, and everything in it was top-notch. the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the rich cappuccinos. the staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. ☕

This place is located right in the center and they were helpful arranging a taxi to the train station for us.

The breakfast had a great variety of food like croissants and pastries. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.- The hotel's location was amazing, right next to a bus stop making it easy to get around.- I had a wonderful evening at La Dispensa di Arlecchino, which was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Very central location of this authentic hotel was a bonus. You could walk to a bakery and shops. I ate at an amazing restaurant with efficient and friendly staff.

Location: marvellous, really close to the center of Citta Alta, amazing restaurants, bars and bakeries and bars. Also, right in the main square of Citta Alta...

The hotel had a great and magnificent position, in the old town of the Bergamo. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Il Fornaio to relax and grab some food.

The breakfast has nice options with ham and Cappucino, for instance. The staff are very polite, and the owner too. The location is in front of the train station, incredible and good. For lunch or dinner go to Da Franco Restaurant, located near the hotel.

As a solo traveler, I loved the central location in the heart of the old town. The hotel was a stone's throw away from all the major tourist attractions, cafes, and restaurants, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the peacefulness inside the room, despite being in the bustling city center. it was a perfect base for my solo adventures.
